Live healthy now, have more sex later
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/life-style/health-fitness/health/Live-healthy-now-have-more-sex-later/articleshow/10412405.cms
Think what you do today has no bearing on your sex life tomorrow, or the day after? Think again.
The plight of the typical young man isn't the inability to have sex; it's usually the inability to find someone to have sex with.
Fact is, though, if you think you don't have to worry about erectile dysfunction (ED) until your hair starts to turn gray, think again. Even in your early 20s, chances are your arteries are already undergoing changes that may culminate years from now in ED.
Fundamentally, erection depends on blood flow into the penis. The more blood, the more reliable and firm your erection. But when arteries become narrowed by cholesterol-rich atherosclerotic plaque deposits, less blood flows into the penis and erections wilt. This becomes apparent by the time a man hits 50.
Harvard researchers tracked 31,742 middle-aged men for 14 years and found that ED is strongly linked to lifestyle factors that spur the growth of atherosclerotic plaques: smoking, obesity, heavy drinking and lack of exercise.
But plaques don't pop up out of nowhere when you hit 50. They start to develop in childhood. Autopsies of American males killed in their late teens and 20s in accidents or in war consistently show the beginnings of atherosclerotic plaques, which means the beginning of ED.
Meanwhile, a healthy lifestyle keeps blood flowing freely through the arteries and preserves erection function. Healthy living doesn't mean you'll have the ability of legends at 90. But if you want to function sexually on Social Security, you'd be smart to adopt a healthy lifestyle now. Here's how:
Get regular, moderate exercise
Exercise is crucial for arterial health and blood flow into the penis. Exercise lowers cholesterol, which minimizes the deposits (plaques) on artery walls that narrow them and reduce blood flow. A study of middle-aged men at the University of California, San Diego, shows that as regular, moderate exercise increased, erections become more reliable. ED-preventive exercise doesn't require extreme sports, but rather the equivalent of brisk walking for about an hour a day. "No question about it," says Hank Wuh, M.D., author of Sexual Fitness. "Regular exercise improves erection function and sex."
Eat less meat, cheese and junk food, and more fruits and vegetables
Meat, cheese and junk food are high in saturated (animal) fat. Like cholesterol, this fat narrows the arteries, limiting blood flow to the penis. Fruits and vegetables, on the other hand, contain antioxidant nutrients that minimize plaques and improve arterial blood flow. Italian researchers identified 65 men with incipient ED and asked half of them to eat less meat and cheese, and more fruits and vegetables. After two years, those who maintained a high-fat diet continued to have erection difficulties. But those who increased their fruit and vegetable consumption reported significantly less ED.
Lose excess weight
According to the Harvard study of middle-aged men, obesity is strongly associated with ED, and weight loss improves erection function. That's not surprising. As we've seen, exercise and a diet low in saturated fat improve erections. They are also cornerstones of weight control. Studies at the Duke University Diet and Fitness Center show that as men lose weight and become more physically active, they report better erections.
Stop smoking
Cigarettes greatly accelerate the growth of artery-narrowing plaques. A study at the New England Research Institute in Watertown, Mass., shows that smoking almost doubles risk of ED. Australian epidemiologist Christopher Millett, Ph.D., says, "Health promotion programs should use the link between tobacco and ED to help convince men to quit smoking."
Manage your stress
Many young men feel like they have heavy weights on their shoulders. In one recent survey, 60 per cent of Americans said they feel they're "under significant stress" at least once a week. And since the stock market crash last fall, ComPsych, the nation's largest employee-assistance program, reports that requests for psychotherapy have surged 40 per cent.
The biological result of this emotional stress: the release of two hormones (cortisol and adrenaline) that constrict arteries, reducing blood flow into the genitals.
The erection-firming antidote is an ongoing stress-management program. Proven stress relievers include exercise -- aerobic or non-aerobic (e.g., yoga) -- meditation, music (playing or listening to), massage, laughter, hot baths, gardening, caring for a pet, visualization (of relaxing scenes) and quality time with friends, family or a lover. Incorporate one or more into your daily life, or even better, combine them: Exercise with friends or bathe with your girlfriend, for instance.
Bottom line: Couch potatoes are on a one-way trip to ED. But if you get off the sofa, work out and switch from Big Macs to big salads -- with low-fat dressing, of course -- you're much more likely to maintain firm, reliable erections as you get older and to enjoy satisfying sex.

Sex with wife/ spouse is ur birth right
My wife is not joining me and I am still 29. Can I request court to issue me a legal certificate to go to pr*stitut*s?
Should I suffer my life without s*x?
How can any court say to you to visit prostitutes? No court will say this. Those who are visiting prostitutes, massage parlors etc. for physical relief are doing so as per their free will and not as per advice and direction of courts! Since you are saying that you are already 29, it is expected that you know what is good and bad for you and how medically safe it is visit such kind of places.

You have to take decision, no one will help in such matters.

Prostitution is illegal, hence the court will reprimand you if you request something illegal. But on the other hand if you request the court to have s*x with someone who is not a prostitute because your wife is not joining you then it will lead to a very interesting question to the court and I would very much like to know how the court answers it. As having s*x is your basic right and your wife is indeed depriving you of it, making her culpable of desertion and cruelty..

Sex with wife/ spouse is ur birth right (but not forcible). Sex is must for good mind , body and soul ( for other then Tyagi's).
Not joining means what ?? She is not living with u or not physically participating though in bed.
If she is not physically indulging then talk to her, talk thru her female close one, take her to gynec ( she may be getting pains, and other issues) , finally go to a good lady s*xologist. Ican recommend few if needed.
In the mean while like even mor ( peacock) does keep her happy, have good bath , have privacy, light music etc before going in bed. You can take lessons on love making from a good authentic s*xologist or relationship experts.

Female Lust Triggered By Macho Guys' Testosterone
Attractive Men Study Shows Female Lust Triggered By Macho Guys' Testosterone, Immune Systems

Women may drool over George Clooney and Brad Pitt, but their lust may be more for these macho guys' immune systems than their pretty faces and chiseled abs, new research suggests.
Men with high levels of the sex hormone testosterone are seen as more hunky — and these same men have stronger immune responses, researchers report Tuesday (Feb. 21) in the journal Nature Communications. The findings suggest that women may be attracted to manly facial types because themacho look signals good health.
Researchers led by Fhionna Moore of Abertay University in the United Kingdom recruited 74 Latvian men in their early 20s to give blood samples right before and one month after their first dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine. The vaccine triggers the immune system to create antibodies against the virus. The researchers measured these levels of antibodies as well as testosterone levels and levels of thestress hormone cortisol.
Next, 94 Latvian women, also in their early 20s, rated photographs of each man on a 10-point scale of attractiveness. The researchers then looked for links between the immune response as measured by Hepatitis B antibodies, hormone levels and attractiveness.
They found that high testosterone correlated with both sexy faces and a strong immune response. Men with the strongest immune responses were rated as better looking than those with weak immune responses. The link between testosterone and hotness was strongest in men with low levels of the stress hormone cortisol, suggesting that stress might take a toll on the immune system, and thus women's ratings of attractiveness.
While much research has hinted at a relationship between testosterone and the immune system, this study is the first to directly link women's opinions of a man's looks with the strength of his immune system. Researchers next hope to tease out whether the results hold across cultures and across different age ranges.

Hello,
I got married on 21st November 2011. Since the wedding my wife did not talk to me or my parents freely, I mean she did not appear happy about the marriage. We thought she needs time to adjust.
Whenever I tried to touch her or get close to her, she showed extreme un-comfort. Our first night was scheduled on 19th December 2011 as I had to go back to my work place in Hyderabad 1 week after the marriage. On the first night she cried when I tried to go near her and she asked for 2 months time to adjust to the marriage. She said she was not prepared for the marriage and she also did not have any other option to avoid the marriage as she finished her studies and she does not want to work. I said OK.
I took her to Hyderabad on 20th December 2011 and she continued to stay away from me physically. Whenever I tried to speak to her or go near hear she avoided me by crying and beating her self. On January 6th 2012 I called her dad and told him that she does not appear happy with marriage and she is not willing to have any physical relationship. He promised to visit me and talk it out but her parents never visited my place to sort out the problem.
On Jan 15th 2012, I was at my parents place along with my wife and asked my in-laws to visit me for a discussion and I told them the problem again. No action was taken by her parents; they just promised me that they will sort out things.
On Jan 30th 2012 I was in Hyderabad with my wife and her parents along with few people visited my place and accused me of physically and mentally harassing her. He also accused me of being an impotent and has physiological issues and took my wife along with them.
He being a lawyer has now accused me/my family of following.
I am impotent, and has physically harassed her.
My parents harassed her for dowry.
My sisters have mentally tortured her.
Now my inlaws is asking for 10Lakh rupees to settle this matter within family including seperation or he will go to court. What should we do? What charges will be put on me/my family. How I can we fight back the allegations.
Please let me know if I need to provide any more information. I will be extremly thankful for any suggestions.

I trust ur story and based on that :
Hayderabad has a world famous Urologist and andrologist. Go and obtain certificate that u r not impotent.
Even if one has impotency same can be temporary or most of it are solveable but due to shyness not many take benefit of modern science and keep suffering.
It is better torealise impending dangerous and with women too having same rights pl. note that they will exercise same ( rightly or wrongly). You should hv sent a email / letter giving an account of behaviour in writing which wud hv helped you.
Better late then never write to them polite letter of incidents, attach s*xual fitness certificate and requaest that both be sent for counseling and find good marriage counselor.
If they still fight with u and u r ready with fitness certificate and all other evidence then file a demation case of Rs 1 cr on them that they have spoilt ur imgae before their relatives who had come with them, your family and samaj.

10 Superb ways to impress your mum-in-law
Alok adds : and advise to mom in las to reciprocate same way and do dito dito to save marriage of your son.....
10 Superb ways to impress your mum-in-law
Do your homework: Ask your husband for the issues that she may be touchy about. You may not know about family feuds and other such issues, so don't give your opinion before you know all the details. Also, get to know what she likes. If she loves saas-bahu serials then try and talk to her about it. It may be the ice-breaker that may lead to a great relationship with her.
Bring gifts: Won't you love it if a guests comes to your house with a gift in his/her hand. Similarly, you mother-in-law will appreciate your love for her a great deal more if you take some gifts for her every now and then.
Dress well: If you are out to impress, don't go dressed in clothes that are not ironed and hair that's not brushed properly. And skimpy clothes are a strict no-no. Similarly, it would do you good to not reveal the tattoo on your spine during your first meeting.
Don't compete with her: Accept the fact that a mother is bound to be possessive about her son. So, don't try and tell her how to cook for him. Even if your husband prefers your cooking to hers, don't point it out to her. Give her compliments about her culinary skills and even take recipes from her. A little flattery doesn't hurt, does it?
Be polite: If you can't be overtly nice, then at least be polite. Don't overrule what she has to say. Also, don't get into an argument or debate with her during your first meeting.
Call her often: To make sure that you communicate well with your mom-in-law call her at frequent intervals. Don't wait for her to call you. She will appreciate the fact that you keep in touch over the phone even when you can't be around.
Seek advice: Regardless of whether or not you plan to take it, take their advice. Your spouse's parents will be glad to feel that they still have some influence on their child's life.
Present a united front: Even if you have certain issues with your mom-in-law, don't wash the dirty linen in public. When you are attending a family event make sure that you don't pass snide remarks or discuss you differences in public.
Treat your spouse well in front of them: Parents are obviously very possessive about their kids, and the best way to earn their respect is to treat their child well.
Relax: The most important thing is to not get too nervous, your mother-in-law is bound to be as nervous about meeting you. Secondly, learn to forgive and forget. This simple rule will make your life a lot easier.
