  Alok Tholiya now a days when u try to teach staff, children, wife etc they take it as a insult and bounce back. If family takes it that way even guidance and instructions of elders and remains ever ready to retaliate then definitely others will take revenge for what they will take as insult.

And where you over zealously rush for their aid, help, assistance then u r welcome and your act of kindness is not challenged  but if you try to change / improve / guide them then they will say did we ask / appoint you for this???
